H+Z Rohrbach AG is a regional Swiss wood and wood materials trader.

CLB Schweiz created the redesign of the website as well as the very extensive webshop from scratch. Especially for the webshop, we worked very closely with H+Z Rohrbach in an iterative way and integrated them into our agile project management.

After we had created the requirements specification, we made a utility analysis of the various technical solutions and, after choosing them, we coordinated the product categorization, etc. The webshop was then implemented in the CI of H+Z Rohrbach, integrated into the website and after training, the go-live came - which worked without any problems.
