GTC

1. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale shall apply to all orders placed with companies of CLB Schweiz GmbH, i.e. worldwide with any direct or indirect subsidiary of CLB Schweiz GmbH, Oberdorf 18, CH-7435 Splügen, Switzerland, ("Supplier") for the supply of goods (such as plants, machines, components, modules, spare parts) or services (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Goods").

2. Additional or deviating terms and conditions of the Purchaser, in particular the Purchaser's General Terms and Conditions of Purchase, shall not apply and are hereby expressly rejected, even if (1) the Purchaser expressly refers to other terms and conditions in the course of the business relationship with the Supplier or (2) they are not expressly rejected by the Supplier in an order confirmation or (3) the Supplier delivers the Goods and accepts payment by the Purchaser.
